  • Some elements of a service may vary depending on your choices, such as the cemetery, venue, and any personal touches you wish to include.
  • We will take the time to talk these through with you during the arrangement process, offering clear guidance and explaining each option with care.
  • Once your selections are made, we will provide a detailed and accurate estimate, so you feel comfortable and fully informed.
  • All additional costs vary depending upon your choice of cemetery, venue, and extras requested etc. 
  • When discussed and selected during the arrangement, an accurate estimate will  be made available for you.

Service & Logistical Arrangements

Mourning Coach

(Seats four passengers)

  • The coach typically follows the hearse to the service location and/or cemetery.
  • A mourning coach provides dedicated transport for close family members on the day of the service.
  • It allows family to travel together in comfort and privacy, supporting one another during the journey.

Additional Staff When Required

  • We will advise if additional support would be helpful and include this clearly in your arrangements.
  • Additional staff may be arranged depending on the size, location, or complexity of the service.
  • This ensures everything runs smoothly and allows you to remain present with family and friends.

Catering

  • Catering can provide a gentle opportunity for family and friends to gather and support one another after the service.
  • Options may range from light refreshments to more substantial offerings, depending on your preferences.
  • We can assist in coordinating suitable arrangements that complement the setting and style of the farewell.

Refreshments

(Depending upon venue selected)

  • We will guide you through what is possible and help arrange a suitable option with ease.
  • Refreshments may be offered at the service location or at a separate venue following the farewell.
  • Availability and options will vary depending on the venue and facilities.

Flowers

  • Fresh Floral Tribute
  • Flowers can bring a sense of warmth, beauty, and quiet reflection to a service.
  • Arrangements may be selected to suit the style of the farewell, whether simple and understated or more expressive.
  • We can assist in coordinating floral arrangements that complement the setting and honour your loved one with care.

Fresh Floral Tribute

  • Tributes may be designed in a range of styles, from classic arrangements to more individual expressions.
  • We will guide you in choosing a tribute that feels meaningful and appropriate for the service.
  • A fresh floral tribute is a personalised arrangement placed on or near the coffin, reflecting love and remembrance.

Dove Release

  • A dove release can offer a gentle and symbolic moment during the service or at the graveside.
  • It may represent peace, love, and farewell, creating a quiet and meaningful reflection.
  • This option is arranged with experienced providers, with consideration given to location and conditions.

Funerals with a Theme

  • We will guide you in creating a service that feels authentic, respectful, and uniquely theirs.
  • A themed service can reflect the personality, passions, or life story of your loved one.
  • This may include specific colours, music, cultural elements, or a setting that holds personal meaning.

Where requested, we may assist with arranging a live musician or vocalist, including trusted local performers such as Bugatti Music, subject to availability.

Notices & Administration

Funeral and/or Death Notice 

  • We will assist with wording, placement, and timing to ensure everything is handled with care and accuracy.
  • A funeral or death notice provides an opportunity to inform the wider community and share details of the service.
  • Notices can be placed in publications such as The Herald Sun, The Age, or another newspaper of your choice.
